Terms and Conditions

1. Only one item per advert, one advert per item. Do not list multiple boats in a single advert. Any person found to be in breach of these terms will have their listing withdrawn withour renumeration.

2. Seatrader UK reserves the right to reject or revise any advert submitted.

3. Seatrader UK will keep all names and passwords confidential. User details shall under no circumstance be shared with any third parties.

4.The advertiser accepts all liability for the content of all advertising he or she places for publication. The advertiser warrants to Seatrader UK that the contents of the advert is true and not libelous or defamatory, that it violates no rights of privacy, that it infringes no trade mark and it complies with all applicable national and international laws and regulations.

5. The advertiser agrees to defend and hold harmless Setrader UK from any and all clams, demands, liabilities, law suits, costs or expenses arising by reason of the publication of the advertiser's listing or breach of the foregoing warranty, whether such clams are well grounded or not.

6. Seatrader UK takes every care to ensure that our website runs without faults but states that it is not possible to run this website without some faults arising and gives no warranties and accepts no responsibility for any adverts not received or any adverts with corrupted forms or files being lost during any faults in the website. These faults are not limited to but include power cuts, acts of god, civil disturbances, terrorism and government or parliamentary restrictions or prohibitions. We will not be held liable for any loss of profits, trade, business revenue, goodwill or any other loss of business arising in connection with any fault or condition.
